By accessing or using Intradeservice and the TradeAI Agent ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Intradeservice provides AI-augmented global trade intelligence for informational and research purposes. The Service queries live official regulatory databases to deliver tariff classifications, duty rates, port activity data, and trade flow analysis. The Service is designed to support — not replace — the judgment of qualified trade professionals.

3. Not legal or customs advice

The analysis, classifications, tariff rates, and recommendations generated by the Service do not constitute legal, customs, regulatory, or financial advice. Intradeservice assumes no liability for decisions made based on this analysis. All data must be independently verified before use in official customs submissions, import/export declarations, or any binding legal or regulatory context.

4. Data sources and attribution

Trade intelligence is derived from United Nations, World Trade Organization, International Monetary Fund, and other official institutional databases. This service is provided by Intradeservice and does not represent the position, endorsement, or opinion of any government, intergovernmental organization, or regulatory body.

5. Accuracy and verification

While Intradeservice applies cross-validation protocols and queries live databases, trade regulations change frequently. You are solely responsible for verifying all classifications, duty rates, and compliance requirements with a licensed customs broker or legal counsel before filing any official declaration.

6. User obligations

You agree to use the Service only for lawful trade intelligence purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Service for automated scraping, bulk data extraction, or systematic re-dissemination of results without prior written consent from Intradeservice.

7. Intellectual property

All content, design, software, and trade intelligence methodologies provided by Intradeservice are the exclusive property of Intradeservice. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intradeservice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to customs penalties, fines, or trade compliance violations resulting from reliance on information provided by the Service.

9. Modifications

Intradeservice reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Information we collect

When you request early access, we collect your name, company name, work email address, and intended use case. When you use the TradeAI Agent, we may process the trade queries you submit in order to provide the Service.

2. How we use your information

We use your contact information to process your early access application and communicate with you about the Service. We use query data solely to provide and improve the trade intelligence Service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data processing

Trade queries submitted to the TradeAI Agent may be processed by AI systems including Anthropic's Claude API. Queries are subject to Anthropic's data processing policies. Do not submit confidential business information, personally identifiable information, or proprietary data into the agent.

4. Data sources

Intradeservice queries official international databases including those maintained by the United Nations, World Trade Organization, and International Monetary Fund. These queries are subject to the respective terms of use of each institution. No personal user data is transmitted to these institutions.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your Terms of Service acceptance. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect Service functionality.

6. Data retention

Early access application data is retained for the duration of the evaluation period and up to 24 months thereafter. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your rights

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
